I am writing to compliment Mr X, Webvision's Associate IT Consultant, for his outstanding commitment to customer service, and his excellence in all IT and support-related matters.

My calls to Mr X on 4 January 2006 between 9.00 pm to 10.00 pm were made under extreme duress, having encountered difficulty in sending the 4000 weekly emails to my organisation's members. On top of that, my brother's flight from America was due at 11.53 pm on the same night, and I was agitated at the thought that I would not be able to send all the emails in time to meet him at the airport.

Needless to say, my state of mind was very delicate after all those weeks of frustration, coupled with my desperation to meet my brother after he's been away for one year. Mr X managed to get me from the brink of tears to smiles in less than 15 minutes (it took this long because I was pouring my heart out to him), and he did this by listening patiently to my whingeing, remaining calm, offering solutions promptly, and rendering assistance well beyond his line of duty - even though the root of the problems were at my end.

In addition to this, he spoke in a sincere, conversational manner, versus the frost-like robotics of numerous call centre agents. Mr X achieved what few call centre personnel can achieve - he turned an agitated, very stressed out, and weepy customer into the very picture of smiling calm. And his helpfulness enabled me to meet my brother at the airport early.

I was, and still am, overjoyed.

I wanted you, Mr Roger Lim, the CEO of Webvisions, to know that Mr X truly is a Customer Service ambassador to Webvisions, and an ambassador to our Government's intiatives to improve service quality in Singapore.

Mr X, I remain extremely grateful to you for your assistance.

Just wanted to let you know what me and my partners think so just
thought of coming up with a testimonial for you guys.

We did some extensive searching for a data center partner who would
be able to expand with us as we grow. We did some market research and
we came down with Webvisions. Sure, there's others out there that our
just AS good as them, but Webvision's VP Sales, Michael Ong was very
steadfast in his decisions as well as his team of sales engineers and
account managers. Michael was very quick in his replies which made our
decision easier to make.  Their customer service is also umatched by
anyone else. There were many times that we needed something done
urgently, and I emailed their customer support, it was done nearly
immediately.

It's comforting to know that you had independently
discovered the service problem and were working on resolving it.

We've recently recommended to a client (we're an IT
management consultancy) with new Branch office in Cape Town
South Africa, *not* to install a mail server in the new office,
but rather to use the company mail server, and incidentally to
relocate the servers to Webvisions from the current provider in US.

Our recommendation was predicated on the better maintenance of
service anticipated from a service provider such as WV, who have
24X7 coverage and are constantly monitoring the systems.

You've justified our faith in your service, and substantiated
our recommendation by your performance.

I find webvisions very good even if there are plenty of areas
that can be improved on. What is important to me and I suspect
of other customers too is SERVICE.

The competition in your services will intensify and high quality
service even if you are not the lowest cost will retain and attract
customers. This is esp., true when web hosting services here are
often described as "it sucks".....word of mouth recommendation
could get for Webvisions lots of business....I have been recommending
people to host with you, and Strategic Intelligence is one of them.

When I make a request to most sites, it takes days to get a response.
Most of the time there is no response, e.g., sxxxxxx. But I always get
a quick response from your staff.

I had been using Web Visions server since last August.
Since this was my first attempt at setting up a web site using a server
instead of those "free" and web space provided by my ISP.

So that are sure to be question asked. Web Visions had very good and

Their email response is one of the fastest I had seem even during
the "trial" period when you had a lot of deciisons to made and
question asked.

This is definite a right choice made.

I would like this message to be forwarded as far up in
management as possible.  Roger Lim deserves recogition for
his outstanding attention to my needs.

I am a former Why Net customer.  At the time of the transfer,
I was disappointed in many things, but not wanting to beat a
dead horse into the ground, it is suffice to say, it was probably
the best thing that happened to me. Unfortunately for you, I am
not a computer expert nor do I ever want to be.  I was dragged
into the 20th century kicking the entire way by the persistence
of my offspring.  In retrospect, I do not regret purchasing the
computer.

Roger Lim has had infinite amount of patience, tolerance,
helpfullness and wisdom during the expansion of my web page.  He has
always answered my messages promptly, was painstakingly detailed in
instructions and did not criticize my ineptness on the computer,
although  I'm sure he has had a few well deserved and earned chuckles
and sighs of exasperation through it all.  I realize I am a small
account however I consider Roger's level of customer service to be
that of what the largest client would receive.  I never felt as if
I was to small to be bothered with.

I am extremely sensitive as to where my dollars go.  Because
Webvisions is an offshore corporation I was seriously considering
NOT renewing my account.  However quality is quality no matter the
origin. Due solely to this and your prompt actions and assistance
I have rethought my position and will definitely remain your client
while on the internet.
