To renew your domain, follow the instructions below:

A. If Webvisions is currently NOT your invoicing party for your domain, please follow the steps below to appoint Webvisions as your invoicing party:

1. Go to: http://www.domainregistry.my
2. Click on Online Forms
3. Click on Modify
4. Enter your domain name
5. Select "Administrative contact" and fill in your UserID and Password
6. Select option 5 "Appoint new invoicing party"
7. Select "Webvisions Network Sdn Bhd"

Click on "Save" to ensure that your changes are saved.

B. If Webvisions is your domain’s invoice party, simply follow the steps below:

To renew through Webvisions Malaysia, please submit a Purchase Order to Webvisions Malaysia

As a standard procedure for domain registrations & renewal, we require your payment to be received before we can proceed with the registrations / renewal. You can either send us a check or alternatively, you can bank in the payment to our bank account. Please see below for our bank details-

Please fax or email us the bank in slip once payment is made and your domain name will be renewed once we receive the proof of payment.

A notification will be sent once the domain name has been renewed.

Registration Instructions:

Please submit your domain application to our reseller systems by following these steps

1. Visit http://www.domainregistry.my
2. Click Reseller at the left hand side of the website
3. Choose Webvisions Network Services Sdn Bhd
4. Click to register online below our company logo.
5. Fill in all the details
6. Submit the application
7. Fax Form 9 or 13(if applicable) to Webvisions at Fax : 03-8319 5385
8. Your domain name will be approved upon receiving all the following:
   • The payment of RM80 for .com.my domain name registration
   • The payment of RM120 for .my domain name registration
   • The payment of RM40 for .name.my domain name registration
9. MYNIC will activate the domain name within 24 hours upon approval by the Reseller.

To transfer your domain to Webvisions, please follow the steps below:

1. Visit http://www.domainregistry.my
2. Click "Update Your Domain Name"
3. Click "Transfer Domain Name"
4. Enter your domain name, click "transfer"
5. Enter the UserID and Password of the domain's administrative contact
6. Enter your new registration details, click "proceed"

Mynic will then send a confirmation email to the former and new registrant.
The confirmation consist of III parts.

• The former registrant is required to fax back the deletion confirmation (Part I)to Mynic at fax no: 03-89917277.
• The new registrant will have to fill in Part III and email it back to Mynic.
• Mynic will then reserve the domain name of the New registrant for 14 days.
  The new registrant is required to pay & email Part III to Mynic within 14 days.

Please be informed that it is advisable to renew the domain name before the expiry date as no modification is allowed after the domain name has expired. And the charges for the transfer fees will be as stated below:

Once your domain is transferred there will be a new expiry date based on the new registrant/owner. And the domain name is due for renewal for the next expiry date at the normal renewal rates below:
