Unsolicited Commercial E-mail or "Spam" or "Viruses" sent from any Webvisions Account
or any websites/server hosted on our network that offers any services that support
spam or UCE activities are not tolerated.
Unsolicited Commercial E-mail or "Spam" or "Viruses" sent from anywhere on the Internet
to any websites/server hosted on our network will not be tolerated.
UCE includes any e-mail that
promotes web sites hosted on a Webvisions Virtual server, Dedicated Server or Co-located Server sent from an email
address
not associated with a Webvisions account.
UCE includes any e-mail that in anyway harasses, threatens or abuses authorized
representatives of Webvisions, including but not limited to tech support
representatives, customer relations representatives, and sales representatives, or otherwise abuse any
of Webvisions' services.
Spam includes any e-mail that is sent on purpose to multiple parties within Webvisions
despite being told not to do so.
Webvisions will give a warning to the customer (or the reseller/email contact)
after the first incident of such a violation. After the second violation, the account will be terminated
or banned without any further warnings. When terminated or banned, Webvisions reserves the right whether to
re-activate the account at any time in its own convenience.
SPAM or UCE received from networks outside of Webvisions may be banned immediately withour prior warning.
To protect our network and servers against Spam, unsolicited email, Viruses or activities which Webvisions considers
unethical, Webvisions reserves the
right to ban any IPs, domains, email, email content or computers whether within or outside of
its network from accessing any computers or equipment of its network WITHOUT any prior warning.
We also reserve the right to use any method, process, software or hardware to achieve the same effect above. In the
event such blocking/banning results in false positives, please send evidence of this to abuse@webvisions.com and we will
work with you to minimize them.
Please send any UCE or Spam complaints to abuse@webvisions.com (this account has no spam filters). If you decide to
send it to everyone at Webvisions,
we reserve the right to ban your email from our systems without notification.
Your abuse report may be forwarded to our customer as accompanying evidence of the incident.
Please send any complaints from non publicly available or anonymous email systems (e.g. hotmail.com). We will
not entertain emails from non verifiable people.
We believe strongly in promoting "netiquette", or proper use of
the Internet. A strong anti-spamming policy will benefit all of us
by establishing Webvisions & our customers as effective sources of
good intentioned businesses. Inaddition, it'll save our customers from having
to pay heavy network and bandwidth costs associated with Spam or UCE.
Removing your account from our Spam Filters
While preventing the spread of UCE or Spam, good intended emails may get caught in our spam filters. Unfortunately,
there is no clear or definite way to differentiate between non spam or spam based email. Spam filters can be made up
of key words like "U N I V E R S I T Y D I P L O M A S" or "Turbo Boost Your Sex" in emails or from known
sources of websites or IP addresses.
However, if your email account has been blocked by our spam filters, please kindly write in to abuse@webvisions.com
and
provide a copy of
the blocked header email. We'll remove your account from your spam filters if you agree not to continue any further
spamming to any Webvisions server.
Use of Network and/or Server Resources
Webvisions reserves the right to act accordingly if your server or web site is compromising the resources of our network or other hardware through excessive bandwidth or
other use. Such actions include but are not limited to immediate suspension or termination of your service with Webvisions without prior notification.
