1. All cancellations must be submitted 30 days prior to the commencement of your next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed upon by Webvisions.
2. If a tax invoice has been issued prior to your submitting this cancellation, it remains due and payable in full.
3. Your cancellation is not complete until you receive an official acknowledgement from the Webvisions Billing Department. If you have not received an official acknowledgement in 7 days, please kindly re-submit your cancellation.
4. If your cancellation has been officially acknowledged, your service will be removed within 3 days. Early cancellations will still be subject to these terms.
5. By cancelling, you agree to pay all unpaid bills and termination costs immediately.
