Basic
Every Webvisions co-located or dedicated server package includes a basic
siteMonitor service of 24/7
monitoring of one port on the client's server.
Webvisions siteMonitor monitors a specific URL on the customer Web site
in five-minute intervals allowing both Webvisions and the customer to be
constantly aware of Web server status.
In the event of a downed port, the customer has the option of:
- Rebooting the Server
- Emailing the Customer
- Both of the above
Price per additional Port:
Startup: $30
Monthly: $30
24x7 siteMonitor Service - Advanced (optional)
Webvisions also provides an advanced monitoring package that includes
monitoring of up to 4 ports on your server and allow for more escalation
options.
In the event of a downed port, the customer has the option of:
- Rebooting the Server
- Emailing the Customer
- Starting / Stopping a service (NT)
- Kiling / Restarting a process (Unix)
- Calling / Paging the customer physically (up to 20 incidents per
month)
- Any combination of the above
