This form is used for customers who have lost their FTP/SSH/Webmanager Password and can
no longer access their websites.
By filling up this form, a Webvisions Support Engineer would have your password changed and e-mailed to
your either your Authorized Billing Contact or "webmaster" email account (e.g., if your domain is "webvisions.com",
your "webmaster" email account is "webmaster@webvisions.com".
For customers who do not have access to their webmaster e-mail account, you may request for a FAX based
password change request. This can be done by faxing a formal request on your company
letterhead to us at +65 6773-9389. The person making the request on behalf of the company should clearly state
his/her title/role in the company. Resellers/Partners who had made the order on behalf of clients should use
their own company letterhead and NOT their clients'.
The company letterhead should illustrate clearly the registered logo, mailing address and contact numbers.
Individuals with no companies should photocopy their NRIC/passport.
Kindly indicate your domain name, email address, and the situation on the fax clearly. Please quote any
additional Support ID that is relevant to your request. We will email you the new password
once we have received and verified your fax.
The details required in such a fax request is to ensure a maximum comfortable level of security for our
customers' passwords.
