  2. For additional support relating to the Plesk interface, a number of available sources of assistances:
  3. Should you require troubleshooting assistance, you may engage Webvisions to assist through the following options
    • Plesk Support Incident at RM$604 for 5 hours (valid for 2 years)
    • 10 x Plesk Support Incident at 30% Discount (valid for 2 years)

    While Webvisions is glad to assist where possible, Webvisions is not responsible for Plesk application-related problems, including but not limited to the following:

    • known bugs or the reporting and resolution of new bugs
    • problems as the result of misconfiguration or misuse of the Plesk interface
    • problems as the result of corruption of the OS or installation of third-party applications
    • any other incident that occurs as a result of anything other than Webvisions' network or hardware management.
